Endlessly in love with the reflections the subway gives me each ride.  First on the C train, I found so much photo magic looking through the first car window.

Then on the Q train going over the bridge. Hi glimpses of Chinatown!

Then I had a weekend in Boston that rides over some really pretty water.

This images confuses and entices me at the same time.

A new crotched little man appeared this weekend.

I was home for a long weekend with little time for photo fun, but I got a couple chances to pull along the side of the road and grab a few shots.

I love going home and seeing my family. I love how green everything is, seeing all the stars and even after 11 years in Brooklyn, I love the quiet of my parent's house. But I also tend to almost fetishize the "country" of it all. I seems some how foriegn and comfortable all at the same time. How does that work?

I've been slowly building up new work painting and hand screening wood. I love the texture of each wood piece, and how I can make every piece feel different. I'm still working out the right colors and images. But I have a start.

Wish I could just stay home all day and do this instead of the 9-5.

Two different sad Easter bunnies this week. Saying goodbye to all the Eater/Passover fun. (though I still have my peeps stash)

Part of the reason I love the adventure of finding good street art then photographing it in a unique way is that so much of it makes me happy. It makes me feel like the world must be a good place if it is full of people all over the world coming up an image then plotting away to put it out in the world. So much of it is full of love.

This piece has changed in so many ways for the last 3 months. I've been experimenting with some film magic and finally came up with an image that I think reflects the piece.
